Greeting and best wishes to you.
I am pleased to enclose herewith Invitation for Distribution of 2950 school Benches under Matching Grant No.73234 & 73245, with the support of Rotary clubs in Finland - District 1400 on 10th February ,2011. The Host Clubs are Rotary Club of Hyderabad East and Rotary Club of Guntur Aadarsh. Please attend the function.

Rotary-Benches- Invitation
This programme is a very big programme conducted by 25 clubs of twin cities joined together for donating 2,950 benches worth Rs.60 lacs . The programme was well planned by Rtn. Bhasker Reddy,Rtn. Madhubabau. The meeting was conducted at NTR Stadium, Opp: Indira Park,Hyderabad. All the clubs have participated enthusiastically . The meeting was graced by Rtn.Rajyalaxmi Vadlamamni(DG),Rtn.Ravi Vadlamani(PDG),Chief Minister Sri.Kirankumar Reddy, Sri.Mukesh Goud,Minister , Sri.Suresh Shetkar, MP. About 5,000 children participated and waved hands when Chief Minister handed over the benches to the Schools. Media had given good coverage of the event. Our members have participated the event with great enthusiasm.
