Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a Structured Program for young people usually aged 14 through 18 and 19 through 30, age groupings which are meant to address varying needs and maturitylevels. RYLA is intended to develop qualities of leadership, good citizenship, and personal development among the young people of their communities.
