jointly a Mega Lecture Meeting.

2. Time & Date: At 6.30 p.m, on Tuesday, the 11th October, 2011

1. The cost of the Mega Event will be shared by all participating clubs
2. The concerned secretaries/Seargent-at-Arms will take care of the Attendance of their Members & note down their Guest Names
3. The Common Banner & Memento will be arranged by RCS & RCS Spectrum
4. The Bouque will be arranged by RCS AACE
5. The Garland will be arranged by RCS West
6. Meeting is open to all participating Members & their spouses
7. There will be surprise gifts to first 25 Attendees ( early birds)
